Do not attempt to force it, as this can shred the internal motor gearing. Call our emergency dispatch line immediately. We can manually override the system and secure your premises.
Do you replace damaged steel laths?
Yes. If your shutter has been victim to an attempted break-in or ram-raid, we can cut out and replace the damaged solid steel or perforated laths without needing to replace the entire curtain.
